Top Charging Tips for Sando E-Bike (Li-ion Battery)
This guide provides essential charging tips to help you get the best out of your e-bike battery.
1. Charge Before the Battery Gets Too Low
Avoid letting the battery drain below 15–20%. Deep discharge reduces battery life.
Best practice: Charge when it reaches 25–30%.
2. Don’t Overcharge Overnight
Unplug the charger once the battery reaches 100%.
Overcharging generates unnecessary heat, which shortens battery lifespan.
3. Use ONLY the Original Sando E-Bike Charger
Each charger is designed with correct voltage & current output.
Using a non-original charger may cause battery damage or safety risks.
4. Charge in a Cool, Dry Place
Heat is the biggest enemy of lithium batteries.
Avoid charging in direct sunlight or closed, hot rooms.
Ideal charging temperature: 10°C to 30°C
5. Let the Battery Cool After Riding
After long or fast rides, the battery may be warm.
Allow 15–20 minutes of rest before plugging in the charger.
